What truck types do you support?
Box Truck, Hotshot, Power Only, Flatbed, Reefer, Step Deck, Dry Van, and Conestoga. We match by lanes, weight, equipment, and your target RPM.
See trucks.html for details and recommended requirements for each equipment type.
How does pricing work?
Dispatching from as low as 3% of gross. Final rate depends on equipment, lanes, and volume (dedicated or ad‑hoc). No setup fee. No long‑term lock‑ins.
You approve every load before booking. We send rate confirmations for your sign‑off.
What documents do I need to start?
W‑9, MC/US DOT letter, COI with holder, NOA/Carrier Packet, voided check, and references (if required by a broker). We help gather and verify everything.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 24–48 hours once documents are verified. We can often book your first load the same or next business day.
Do I have to accept every load?
No forced dispatch. You set preferences (lanes/RPM/weight/appointments). We only present loads that fit, and you approve before booking.
Do you offer IFTA, accounting, and document services?
Yes. IFTA reporting, truckers accounting, document dispatch/management, invoicing, and records—so you can keep driving.
Do you help with detention and TONU?
Yes. We negotiate detention, layover, and TONU where applicable, and ensure proper documentation for fast resolution.
What regions do you cover?
Nationwide U.S. coverage with regional preferences on request. We balance rate, dwell time, and backhauls to reduce deadhead.
Do you work with factoring companies?
Yes. We coordinate with your factor, keep RC/BOLs clean, and avoid brokers with high dispute rates or UCC issues.
How do you find and match loads?
DAT/Truckstop, direct brokers, and partner networks. We pre‑screen credit, verify lanes/appointments, and send RCs for approval before booking.
Can you get me dedicated lanes?
We’ll try. We map your home base and preferred lanes to broker freight cycles. Many clients move to partial or full dedicated after a few weeks.
What hours do your dispatchers work?
24/7 coverage for route support. Load planning aligns with market hours; after‑hours support is always available for issues on the road.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long‑term contracts. We appreciate a heads‑up so we can wrap any in‑flight paperwork and close out loads cleanly.

We respond within one business day.
